Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any faults with your purchase must be reported to us within the first 7 days.
Delivery
Depending on where you live, the time
it may take for your exchanged product to be delivered will vary.
If you have ordered more than one
item within one transaction they will be sent together. Our orders are sent via Royal Mail's 1st Class, however if you require delivery to be tracked or
tracked/signed, then please contact us and we will arrange this for you.
Tracked and tracked/signed delivery is *approximately £6 for international packages and £2 for packages within the UK

Orders
Please also allow extra time (2-3 days) during the bank holiday period as Royal Mail do not operate on bank holidays. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For packages being sent internationally, please be aware that delivery may take approximately 5-14 days.
